Mustafa Sidki is a Partner at AMPS Law, concentrating his practice in the representation of national property management companies and smaller property investors and owners in all aspects of residential and commercial landlord-tenant law, including, property management, lease contract drafting, review, and interpretation, discrimination claims, reasonable accommodation/modification requests, issues revolving around the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA), and general civil litigation. Mustafa strives to resolve client disputes in a cost-efficient manner out of the courtroom but, where litigation is inevitable, he is fervently advocating for clients in hearings and trials before various administrative tribunals and, most frequently, before the Housing, District, Land, and Superior Courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining AMPS Law, he was a senior associate at Seaside Legal Solutions, P.C., where he represented clients before various Boards and Courts in matters revolving around landlord-tenant issues, property boundary litigation, zoning and permitting applications and appeals to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC), and other general condominium and property litigation. Before that, he was an associate at Ashton Law, P.C.

After graduating from law school, Mustafa started practicing in the area of Immigration Law, using his cultural and international origins (and fluency in Arabic) to assist families of all walks of life in the Commonwealth with various immigration matters. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family. Mustafa coaches his children’s soccer teams, plays golf, and will often be caught watching most sporting events on television.
